With every heartbeat

She pursued peace

And though she felt she was simply going round in circles 

She was actually healing her heart each time round

Today she is a, pattern less

She has released her wound of betrayal

She has learnt discernment

She has learnt to trust herself 

Beyond any outside validation

She validates what she knows, & this is enough

She is grateful for the journey 

For without it she wouldn’t know what she knows

And this is priceless

For knowing can only come from experience

And this is where the expansion occurs
