This is a deeply nurturing release ritual event. Autumn invites shedding, and Taurus teaches us that our worth is not tied to what we do or carry. Together, we will gently examine where we hold scarcity, shame, or stagnation and offer it to the earth. Through grounding breathwork, self worth affirmations, and release and receive earth ritual, we make space to root into deeper value. 

• Identify and release emotional weight and outdated beliefs.
• Anchor into the energy of self worth and sacred deserving.
• Create a personal worth mantra to work with through the season.
