Peace Over Chaos

“The motion need not be your emotion 

So long as the ones we love are by our side 

We can choose peace over chaos”

The ability to centre ourselves in turbulent times can be challenging to say the least. In my journey recently, I have learnt that the best course of action in response to things being completely out of my control is to fall into the focus of the ones I love. 

This love is so powerful it is able to protect me from fear & harmful ill-intentioned souls. I can then move through the moments of time safely without drowning in exhausting thoughts of ‘what if’, despair and hopelessness. Transitions are best responded to by aligning to high frequency thoughts, keeping us safe from lower realms and therefore supporting us in manifesting the next moment drawing us to a higher quality life. Acceptance of worst case scenarios also allows us to let go of the minds race and sit with the real emotion and nurturing the feeling at hand, instead of playing out reactive programs on repeat. 

Freedom is found by observing life deeply within the centre of self, a heart based gentleness softens the blow of come what may and we are able to discern the best course of action to honour thyself.
