“Unpacking The Emotion”
In Tv shows most problems are resolved and packed away in a neat little box at some point between the last commercial break and the final credits. Life however, isn’t like Tv.
We are sometimes conditioned by this Tv dramatic structure to try and fit our feelings all into a neat little box and store it away in our memory. Just as if it all happened in a previous episode.
But emotions don’t like to fit in boxes. If your try to put them in they will rattle and bump around trying to break out and the neat little stack of boxes will eventually tumble and collapse everywhere.
So instead, “Unpack The Emotions” let them out and they will pass in time, but to try box them is simply asking for trouble….
